Dear Mr. Smith,
Heather Acerro, Children's Services assistant manager, contacted you by telephone on May 1st because you did not arrive for your scheduled volunteering time on April 24th or April 28th. At that time, Heather reminded you that you were scheduled to volunteer again on May 1st and that if you would not be able to make your scheduled volunteer time, you should call.
On May 1st, you did not arrive for your scheduled volunteer time. As discussed in your volunteer interview, this constitutes a no-call, no-show, which results in termination of your volunteer status.
Beginning immediately, you will no longer be considered an Allen County Public Library volunteer. Please bring your photo identification badge to Children's Services or Volunteer Services and return it to one of the staff members there.
